Weronika is a Research Consultant at First Point Partners, supporting private capital and portfolio company executive search. She builds the proprietary market maps behind each mandate, typically covering 40-100 target companies per search. Her work sits at the earliest and most important stage of the process: defining where relevant talent actually sits before the market is approached. Weronika holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Silesia in Katowice. She brings a data-led, interdisciplinary perspective to research, combining analytical discipline with an understanding of human behaviour and decision-making. Before joining First Point Partners, she gained research experience in international background screening, where accuracy, discretion and structured evidence were essential. At FPP, Weronika supports talent identification across fund-level and portfolio company mandates. Her work ensures that each search begins with a properly defined market, not a recycled database.
