Who is the controller of your data?
If you agreed to participate only in the recruitment for a specific position presented to you by the recruiter - the entity in which you are applying for a job; in this situation First Point Partners acts as a data processor on behalf of the employer; such employer will inform you separately about the processing of your personal data.
If you agreed to the processing of your personal data for future recruitment conducted by us or you send us your data without reference to a specific position - the controller of your data is First Point Partners.
Why do we process your data?
We process your data for the purpose of conducting a specific recruitment in which you participate (in such a case your data is processed for the purposes and based on the legal grounds indicated by the employer), as well as - if you agree - for the purpose of including your candidacy in future recruitments which we will conduct for our Clients. In this case, the legal basis for processing your data will be your voluntary consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of our processing of your data prior to its withdrawal. In case of a possible dispute, we may also process your data in order to establish, pursue or defend against claims, which is our legitimate interest.
For how long will we process your data?
If you are taking part in one recruitment, this date will be set by the employer. If, on the other hand, you wish to consent to us using your data for the future - we will process your data until you withdraw your consent to processing, but for no longer than for [3 years] from obtaining yourdata.
In the event of a dispute, we will process your data until the dispute has become final.
Who supports us in processing your data?
As a controller, we process your data in cooperation with a Business Partner, responsiblre for the Candidates Selection which is based in the United Kingdom. This country is not part of the European Union but has been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate standard of protection for personal data. We will pass on your data to potential employers who are our Clients. You will be informed in advance to which employer we plan to forward your data.
In addition, your data may be available to entities that provide IT services to us, as well as legal, financial or tax advisors, and relevant public or judicial authorities. If we decide to sell our business, your information may be transferred to a potential buyer.
What are your rights?
You have the right to demand access to your data, their rectification, erasure of your data, restriction of their processing, as well as the right to data portability.
