Martyna Mazik-Padros

Martyna is Head of PE Practice at First Point Partners, focused on fund-level private capital recruitment and investment team search. She places investment professionals and senior fund-side talent across private capital platforms. Her work covers Investment Analysts, Associates, Senior Analysts, Investment VPs, Investment Managers, Investment Directors, Fund Operations roles and related fund-level mandates. Martyna brings experience across human resources, administration and business development functions within financial and professional services organisations. Before joining FPP, she worked at Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, PwC and Royal Bank of Scotland. She holds a BA in Economics from the University of Wrocław and an MSc in Economics from Kozminski University. She is currently studying Psychology at SWPS University. Martyna’s work is built around long-term relationship building, candidate calibration and understanding how investment professionals think about career progression, fund culture and mandate fit.
