Martyna Mazik Padros

Martyna is Head of PE Practice at First Point Partners, focused on fund-level private capital recruitment and investment team search. She advises private capital firms on hiring investment professionals across all levels of seniority, from Analysts and Associates through to Investment Managers, Vice Presidents and Directors, as well as fund operations and other fund-level roles. Martyna brings experience across human resources, administration and business development within financial and professional services. Before joining First Point Partners, she worked at Goldman Sachs, Deloitte, PwC and Royal Bank of Scotland. She holds a BA in Economics from the University of Wrocław and an MSc in Economics from Kozminski University. Believing that continuous learning is key to professional growth, she is currently studying Psychology at SWPS University. Martyna takes a relationship-led approach, combining a strong understanding of the private capital market with careful attention to each candidate’s experience and long-term career goals.
