Maja Krzanowska

Maja supports the daily operations of First Point Partners, ensuring smooth coordination between consultants, candidates and clients. Her work covers meeting coordination, process administration, team operations and the practical details that allow a senior-led search process to run cleanly. She brings experience in office management, administration and event coordination, gained through internships and volunteer work at international festivals and cultural institutions. Maja is currently a student of Musicology at the Royal Madrid Conservatory in Madrid. Her work is grounded in structure, time management and clear workflow.
