Magdalena Białek-Letko

Magdalena specialises in C-suite and senior leadership search across portfolio companies, founder-led businesses and high-growth organisations. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search and HR leadership across regional and global markets. Her work is focused on placing senior leaders across a broad range of industries, with close involvement from boards, founders and senior stakeholders throughout each search. Before joining First Point Partners, Magdalena held senior talent and recruitment roles including Global Talent Acquisition Manager at Base Polska, Regional Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Coordinator at UGI International and Recruitment Department Manager at BIGRAM S.A. She holds a postgraduate diploma from the Warsaw School of Economics and a Master’s degree from the University of Warsaw. Magdalena’s approach is consultative and relationship-driven. She is particularly strong in searches where the formal role title is only part of the challenge, and where the client needs to understand what kind of leadership the organisation can realistically absorb at its current stage.
