I am forever passionate about the private equity industry. What gives me purpose every day is not only working on projects and closing new assignments - to me, it's the bigger picture. It’s knowing I have my part in shaping the private equity industry in my region and beyond.
Anna founded First Point Partners in 2019 to build a private capital executive search practice for Central and Eastern Europe. She previously held senior roles at PER in London and Amrop in Warsaw. Her experience spans fund-level mandates, C-suite portfolio searches, cross-border placements and long-term GP relationships across private capital strategies. Anna personally leads client relationships and remains close to every mandate. Her work is focused on the quality of the mandate: whether the role is properly defined, whether the market has been fully mapped and whether the recommended candidate fits the investment thesis, ownership context and decision in front of the client.
